A Rainy Afternoon

It's raining!
It's raining, it's really really raining!
We have needed this liquid badly
and now that it's here,
I intend to
watch it, listen to it, and love it,
and do absolutely nothing
until tomorrow.
Isn't that what
a rainy afternoon
is for?

    Beautiful flower! We too were blessed with rain. I enjoy a rainy afternoon, as I feel it gives me permission to stay cozy inside for a while!
