A Baby Shower ~

I just love baby showers ~
especially when there is delicious food around!
But the best thing about this baby shower
wasn't the food, or the beautiful gifts,
or those that came to celebrate,

and to laugh and share memories.

No, the best thing about this particular shower
was knowing that my baby girl, my Jenny,
will be giving birth to her baby girl.
And I cried on the way to lunch.
Just with the happiness of that fact.
