Millionaire Pie Recipe

1 graham cracker pie shell

1 8-oz pckg softened cream cheese

1/2 cup sugar

1 8-oz can crushed pineapple, undrained

1 cup fresh frozen coconut (hold back 1 Tbsp)

1 cup finely chopped pecans

1 8-oz container Cool Whip

Cream together the cream cheese & sugar for 3-4 minutes. Add pineapple, coconut, and pecans. Mix well. Fold in half of the Cool Whip and mix. Pour into pie shell.

Take remaining Cool Whip and spread on top of pie. Sprinkle remaining coconut over top. Cover pie and place in freezer. When ready to serve, allow to thaw just enough to be able to cut.

It's best served on saucers that have been chilled. Garnish with a cherry on top!
